Project Leads are responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of a project to ensure that it meets its objectives, stays within scope, and is delivered on time and within budget.  

Job Description

  • Manage technical projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope compliance. 
  • Set and monitor project milestones, adapting for unexpected delays. 
  • Implement clear project communication plans for stakeholders. 
  • Gather and validate project requirements; negotiate implementation plans. 
  • Liaise with clients for meetings, schedules, and issue resolution. 
  • Analyse risks, provide updates to Senior Management, and minimize delays. 

Education, Experience, Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. 
  • PMP certification is a bonus. 
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management or account implementation/account management. 
  • Experience in handling product development in React Native and ReactJS technologies. 
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Thorough grasp of project management principles and planning. 
  • Experience in handling product development in React Native and ReactJS technologies. 
  • Quick adaptation to change. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are executed according to plan. 
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively. 
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders. 
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to management and relevant teams. 
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines. 
  • Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and external partners. 
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with project outcomes. 
  • Allocate resources appropriately to ensure efficient project execution. 
  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed. 
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, goals, or requirements. 
  • Assess potential impact of changes and adjust plans accordingly.
