Your role
Presale Analyst will be working with the Product Head, will provide support for sales activities and bid teams, writing proposals, solutions overviews and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery by the client’s teams and then present them to the clients.
What you’ll do
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like.
- Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research.
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.
- Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
Your experience
- Creating RFP/RFI/project/contract docs for prospective and current customers.
- Engaging with customers over email/phone.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the SoWs are in line with client requirements.
- Preparing presentation decks to support sales.
- Conducting research into the industry including competitor research.

Hiring requirements
